Mirette Kangas

Mirette Kangas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean and agile methodologies, currently serving as the Director of Business Excellence at Elisa since October 2023. Prior to this role, Mirette held the position of Lean and Agile Operating Model Owner at KONE from August 2021 to September 2023, contributing to the Strategy Transformation Office and overseeing global lean and agile practices. Mirette's earlier career included significant roles at YLE (Finnish Broadcasting Company), where responsibilities ranged from Head of Lean&Agile Development to Head of Development in various units, significantly influencing the organization's agile culture.
