Nina Savolainen has extensive experience in customer service and process development, currently serving as a Process Developer at Elisa since February 2013, focusing on customer experience and customer interaction development. Previous roles at Elisa include Service Specialist and customer advisory positions, where Nina handled customer service tasks and complaint management. Prior to Elisa, Nina worked as a Customer Advisor at Go On Yhtiöt and StaffPoint Oy, and held sales management and negotiation roles at DS&M Sales Oy. Nina's educational background includes studies at the Management Institute of Finland and a degree in business economics from Keski-Pohjanmaan ammattiopisto. Additionally, Nina is a certified Toyota Kata coach.
