Javier Correa

Javier Correa is an experienced operations and strategy manager currently at EliseAI, previously co-founding and leading Future, an AI platform for renewable energy incentives, where significant achievements included automating incentive processes and facilitating over $200M in government incentives for battery manufacturers. Prior roles include co-founding Beacon, a startup focused on enhancing student engagement, and serving as an investment associate at Visible Hands, contributing to multiple accelerator programs. Javier co-founded Cornell Creatives to enrich campus culture and held product design and analyst positions at NextStep and Citi, respectively, streamlining processes and significantly improving operational efficiencies. Javier earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cornell University and received a full-tuition scholarship through The Posse Foundation.
