Daniel Boni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and procurement. Currently serving as the Commercial Strategy Lead and Principal Consultant at Elixirr since January 2023, Daniel previously founded Throwback Street Food and led it from December 2020 to January 2023. Prior experience includes significant roles at GSK from April 2017 to January 2022, where Daniel held positions as Global Senior Manager, Global Category Manager, and Global Category Buyer. Daniel also worked as a Commodity Buyer at Jaguar Land Rover from July 2013 to September 2016. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree from the University of Portsmouth (2009-2012) and a Diploma in Procurement & Supply from CIPS (2015-2016).
