Marit Dolmen

Marit Dolmen currently serves as Director of Process Development and Department Manager of Process R&D at Elkem ASA since January 2018. Prior experience includes managing Research, Development, and Innovation projects at GCE NODE from January 2015 to December 2017 and holding various roles at Elkem Solar between September 2001 and December 2014, including R&D Manager and Senior R&D Engineer. Earlier positions include Product Development Engineer at Cham Paper Group from 1997 to 2001 and Research Scientist/Project Manager at the Paper and Fibre Research Institute from 1995 to 1997. Marit Dolmen's foundational experience began as an Engineer at Borregaard from 1992 to 1994. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemistry from Østfold University College, and additional studies at BI Norwegian Business School, Newcastle University, and the University of Agder.
