Lisa Rock is a highly experienced professional currently serving as a Board Advisor for Bondi Innovation and Elker, and as a Board Advisor for Change Impact since February 2021. With a long-standing role as a Strategic Advisor and Product Lead on AI chat bot at the NeuroLeadership Institute since June 1998, Lisa has been instrumental in developing various chatbots, including NILES, aimed at enhancing existing products and services. As a Co-Founder of the NeuroLeadership Institute, Lisa has contributed to pioneering neuroscience in leadership over the past 25 years. Previous positions include Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Operations Officer at the NeuroLeadership Institute, where Lisa focused on fostering innovation and managing operations across multiple regions. Additionally, Lisa is a Master Certified Coach and has held prominent roles in coaching organizations, including co-founding Results Coaching Systems. Early in the career, Lisa worked as a Brand Manager at Progressive Brands Management. Lisa is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the National Art School since March 2023.
