Jacques Neal

Jacques Neal is an experienced school social worker at Elkhart Community Schools, serving a diverse population at Roosevelt Steam Academy since 2014. In addition to this role, Jacques has worked as a program consultant at the University of Notre Dame since 2017, focusing on cultural transformation and diversity initiatives. Jacques also provides therapeutic services at Lifeline Youth & Family Services, crafting individualized treatment plans for clients.
