Irina Barkova

Irina Barkova has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Irina began their career at Maxima LT, UAB as a Project Manager, where they successfully completed a project to open a new restaurant. Irina then moved on to Elkor as a Product Manager, where they managed a team of 40 salespeople and oversaw the training, performance, and reporting of the team. Irina also handled product selection, supplier negotiations, and marketing activities. Irina then worked as a Public Relations Consultant at Police Trade Union "Latvijas apvienotā policistu arodbiedrība" (LAPA), where they focused on promoting the union's positive image and managing communication with government and international institutions. Irina later joined H&M as a Department Manager before being promoted to Store Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for managing store operations and teams, meeting sales goals, and optimizing profits. Currently, Irina is working at ELKO Group as the Head of Product Group.
