Regina Zakirova has a solid work experience in the field of HR. Regina started their career at OPTIMUS in 2007 as an HR Manager and worked there until 2010. Following that, they joined RIK TNP as an HR Manager from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, they have been serving as the Head of HR (ELKO Russia) at ELKO Grupa AS.
Regina Zakirova has a Ph.D. in Russian language from Bashkir State University, Ufa. Regina also studied at Bashkir State Pedagogical University named after M. Akmulla, specializing in the Faculty of Philology as a teacher of Russian language and literature.
