Dan McFarland

Dan McFarland currently serves as Chief of Staff at Elliott Aviation and as LEAD Program Executive for Summit Park, where the Leadership Excellence and Development Program develops operationally-focused executives for key leadership roles. Prior experience includes serving as Operations Manager and Dallas Site Lead at Aurora, where McFarland was instrumental in the establishment and scaling of the company's autonomous vehicle operations in Texas. McFarland has also held positions such as Operations Lead and Technical Operations Specialist at Aurora, where comprehensive collaborations with engineers and technicians enhanced expertise in autonomous technology. Previous roles include business development at Collins Aerospace and military service in the United States Marine Corps, where McFarland was recognized as class Honor Graduate at the Scout Sniper School.
