Deborah Schachter has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Deborah started their career at Emigrant Bank in 1992, where they served as a Vice President in Operations until 1996. Deborah then joined Gainor in 1997 as a Vice President and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2007, they worked as a Senior Loan Officer at MortgageIT. Deborah then moved on to Manhattan Mortgage in 2007, where they held the role of Senior Loan Officer until 2012. Deborah then served as the Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate/merged with Manhattan Mortgage from 2012 to 2013. Finally, they joined Elliott Investment Management L.P. in 2013, where they currently hold the position of a Head of Recruitment since January 2017, and previously worked as an HR Recruiting Coordinator.
