Simone Maini

Simone guides and operationalizes Elliptic’s vision that enables customers to efficiently manage cryptoasset risk, grow business, and meet regulatory obligations. Simone is a leading voice on the mainstreaming of cryptocurrency, combating financial crime, and instilling trust in the cryptosphere as a safe and accessible financial system in which to transact and invest. She is part of the invitation-only WEF Digital Currency Governance Consortium following Elliptic’s recognition as a 2020 WEF Technology Pioneer.

Prior to Elliptic, Simone held senior roles in investment banking, financial crime and risk at Kroll as a Director of Product Strategy and Innovation, and Deutsche Bank. She holds a BA in History from the University of Cambridge.
