John Downs has extensive work experience in the adhesives industry. John began their career at All-Pak Sales in 1989, where they served as a partner until 1999. John then joined Glue Dots International in 1999, where they held the position of President until 2015. Following this, they worked at Heartland Adhesives as the Director of Sales from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are the Director of New Business Development at GDI Adhesives, formerly known as Heartland Adhesives.
John Downs attended the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration.
