Bernie Krenzer

Bernie Krenzer is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in operations and business process architecture, currently serving as the Principal Operations Business Process Architect at Ellucian since January 2012. In this role, Bernie leads strategic ITSM process transformations for a global team, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and modernizing the CMDB. Previous positions at Ellucian include Senior Manager of Operations/Product Readiness and Senior Engagement Manager, where significant improvements in SaaS readiness processes and customer satisfaction were achieved. Prior professional experience includes roles at SunGard Higher Education, PA State System of Higher Education, Clarion University, SUNY Oswego, and Indiana University Bloomington.
