Dana Broadnax

Dana Broadnax serves as the Global Services Innovation and Enterprise Architect at Ellucian since July 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Assistant Dean/Senior Director of Student Outreach and Retention at Syracuse University, where operations were led for centralized student case management and crisis response for over 20,000 students. As Director of Student Conduct & Academic Ethics at The Johns Hopkins University, oversight was provided for the university’s conduct system, ensuring compliance and policy development. Previously, Dana held the position of Chief Conduct Officer at Loyola University Chicago, managing the university's conduct system and fostering conflict resolution practices. Early career experience includes roles at Accenture, supporting systems integration for federal agencies, and at PEC Management & Solutions GmbH, focusing on project coordination for the USCIS. Academically, Dana holds a Master of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Information Systems from James Madison University.
