Eswar Rao

Eswar Rao currently serves as the Head of Human Resources for APAC and India at Ellucian, a position held since June 2016. Prior experience includes serving as the Director Human Resource Manager for India at Hitachi Data Systems from February 2010 to April 2016, where responsibilities included talent acquisition, policy implementation, and organizational development. Earlier roles include Senior Greater Asia Region Human Resource Manager at Intel Technology India, focusing on business partnering and performance management, and Deputy General Manager at IBM Global Services, overseeing financial budgets and channel operations. Eswar began a career in human resources and management as a Territory Manager at NIIT Ltd, facilitating training and development across southern regions. Eswar holds a BSc in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Christ University, Bangalore.
