James Bailey

James Bailey is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as a Senior Process Architect / ITSM Specialist at Ellucian since April 2023, where responsibilities include leading practices for Incident, Problem, and Change management, developing training materials, and creating a Maturity Scorecard to enhance organizational maturity. Prior experience at NCR Corporation spanned over 16 years in various roles, including Director of Process Engineering and Practice Management, where James led ITSM processes for Managed Services, and successfully transitioned product teams to Agile methodologies. James also played a critical role in implementing an ITSM solution for diverse services, managed a large team focused on data analytics, and directed architecture governance for NCR's Managed Services. Education was obtained from the University of West London between 1985 and 1988.
