Krista O'Connor

Krista O'Connor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business operations, strategy, and contract management. Currently serving as the Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Ellucian since July 2017, Krista has also held roles such as Sr Business Transformation Architect and Sr Program Manager for Global Customer Success. Prior to Ellucian, Krista worked at Ricoh Americas Corporation from November 2010 to June 2017, where responsibilities included Senior Contracts Manager, focusing on efficient contract review processes and team management. Krista's career began at IKON Office Solutions, advancing from Paralegal to Senior Paralegal, where support was provided to the sales team on commercial transactions. Krista also gained investigative experience at the City of New York's Civilian Complaint Review Board. Krista holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Political Science from Penn State University.
