Matthew Cioletti has extensive experience in IT operations and systems engineering, currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Ellucian since June 2017. In this role, Matthew has progressed from team lead to manager of the R&D Tools team, benefiting from mentorship and collaboration with the Cloud Center of Excellence. Previously, Matthew held the position of Principal Systems Engineer at Ellucian, where responsibilities included leading the Cloud Center of Excellence and managing the company's public cloud footprint. Prior to Ellucian, Matthew amassed considerable experience at Comcast, starting as a Senior System Engineer and later as a Senior Systems Administrator, focusing on cloud deployment and infrastructure management. Matthew's career began at AOL, where roles included Senior Systems Administrator and NOC Analyst, and also included experience as an Account Manager at IBSI. Matthew holds a BS in Psychology from Radford University.
