Alicia J. Jones

Alicia J. Jones serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Ellume since May 2021, where responsibilities include designing and implementing HR, training, safety, and cultural strategies for a new facility in Frederick, MD. Prior to that role, Alicia held several positions at Lonza from January 2018 to May 2021, including Head of Human Resources, where extensive people-related strategies were developed across multiple locations, and Senior HR Business Partner, supporting a large employee base. Previous experience includes positions at Edge BioSystems, American Woodmark Corporation, Emergency Medicine Associates, Lifetime Smile, and Total Travel Management, showcasing a diverse background in HR management, operations coordination, and financial oversight. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mountain State University and an Associate degree in Business from Blue Ridge CTC.
