Ken Ngo is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software development, technical leadership, and system architecture. Currently serving as Technical Lead at ELMO Software since January 2023, Ken previously held roles at BigCommerce and Brighte, where responsibilities included developing core payment services and designing architectural solutions respectively. Ken has a strong background in AWS infrastructure, CI/CD processes, and microservices, highlighted by notable projects such as the Salesforce microservice ecosystem. Earlier career stages included positions as Senior PHP Developer at eify Pty Ltd and Director of the ICT Center at Dong A University, alongside earlier roles in system design and development. Ken holds a Master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Sydney, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from Southern Cross University and further education in computer science and software engineering.
