Tina Readling has extensive experience in volleyball coaching, currently serving as the Associate Head Volleyball Coach and Volleyball Camp Coach at Elon University since July 2009. Previous roles at Elon University include Assistant Volleyball Coach and Volunteer Assistant Volleyball Coach. Tina Readling has also contributed to the Piedmont Volleyball Club as Head, Assistant, and Resource Volleyball Coach since October 2006. Additionally, Tina served as a Volunteer Assistant Volleyball Coach at Duke University from August 2011 to December 2012, and as Assistant Volleyball Director for the Greensboro Sportsplex from June 2009 to March 2012. At Alamance Christian School, Tina held the position of Head Volleyball Coach from July 1999 to May 2010. Tina Readling earned a Bachelor of Science in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Bryan in 1999.
