Tony Weaver is an accomplished academic and administrator with extensive experience in higher education. Currently serving as Associate Dean of the School of Communications and Professor at Elon University since August 2004, Tony Weaver has held various roles within the Department of Sport Management, including Chair and Associate Professor. Prior to their tenure at Elon University, Tony Weaver served as Assistant Athletic Director at both the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and Siena College. Tony Weaver holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, a M.A. in Sport Management from the University of Connecticut, and a B.S. in Finance from Siena College.
