April Downing serves as an Operating Advisor at Elsewhere Partners since January 2023, providing strategic guidance to early-stage software companies. As an Advisory Board Member for the Austin Florence Alliance, April fosters connections between Austin, Texas and Florence, Italy across diverse industries. April contributes to the Foundation Board of Directors for Helping Hand Home for Children, supporting a vital resource for children healing from trauma. Previous roles include Executive Consultant at Onit, Chief Financial Officer at Khoros, and Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer at Supply Drop. April also served as Chief Financial Officer at WP Engine, where notable growth was achieved, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Civitas Learning prior to its acquisition.
