Rod Favaron is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various technology and software companies. Currently serving as an Operating Partner at Elsewhere Partners and as a Board Member for multiple organizations including Deskpro, Portnox, Foresite Cybersecurity & Compliance, LeanDNA, and Vyopta, Rod Favaron has demonstrated a strong commitment to guiding businesses toward growth and innovation. Previously, Rod held significant positions such as President and Board Member at Upland Software, and as Chairman and CEO of Spredfast, where the company grew from pre-revenue to a nearly $100 million enterprise SaaS organization. Rod Favaron began the career at IBM as CEO of Lombardi and holds an MBA in Management and Marketing from The University of Dallas, along with a BS in Industrial Engineering from Louisiana State University.
