Dillon Flood is an accomplished Scientific Director at Elsie Biotechnologies since February 2021, where responsibilities include directing research and development programs and managing advisor networks while expanding the research team. As a co-founder of Elsie Biotechnologies, a spinout from Scripps Research, Dillon played a key role in in-licensing foundational technologies, raising capital, and establishing industrial research facilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Graduate Research Fellow at Scripps Research, where Dillon received the BMS Graduate Fellowship in Organic Chemistry and the Translational Research Training for Doctoral Students fellowship, focusing on organic chemistry methods and translational research.
