Hemant Pugaliya

Hemant Pugaliya is a Machine Learning Lead at Ema Unlimited, focusing on the development of the Generative Workflow Engine™, an advanced platform for multi-agent collaboration. Prior to this role, Hemant served as a Senior Applied Scientist at Amazon, where expertise was applied in training domain-specific models for various applications, including search and advertising, while also enhancing efficiency in large-scale language models. Earlier experience includes an internship at Amazon Shopping & Discovery, a Teaching Assistant position at Carnegie Mellon University's Language Technologies Institute, where coursework involved designing intelligent information systems, and a role as a Senior Associate Technology at Morgan Stanley, where contributions included developing unsupervised learning systems for analyzing trade discrepancies.
