Vincent Castano

Vincent Castano has extensive experience in human resources, holding various leadership roles since 2005. Currently, Vincent serves as the Head of Global HR Compliance, Head of HR Solutions Outsourcing, and Head of Human Resources at EMAPTA since November 2019. Previously, Vincent was the Director of Human Resources at AdSpark Philippines from April 2016 to November 2019 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at The Citco Group of Companies from December 2012 to March 2016. Vincent's earlier roles include HR Services Manager and Senior HR Advisor at Thomson Reuters, HR Consultant in a freelance capacity, HR Manager at Keywest, HR Specialist at RCG Global Services, and Compensation and Benefits Supervisor at WinSource Solutions. Additionally, Vincent began a career in HR at Athena e-Services Corporation, holding several positions from HR Assistant to HR Officer. Vincent holds a Master in Industrial Relations with a focus on HR Development from the University of the Philippines and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the same institution.
