Amanda Harmon is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Sales Enablement at EMARKETER since March 2021, after previously holding the position of Manager of Customer Success. Amanda has a proven track record in coaching and developing teams, having built the Customer Success Management team from scratch and implementing a successful onboarding program.
