Sonja Salatic

Sonja Salatic is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Global Talent Acquisition Lead and PMO in the People Team at Emarsys since October 2019, where responsibilities include managing a team of talent acquisition specialists across multiple regions and overseeing integration processes with SAP. Previously, Sonja held roles such as HR Consultant and IT Recruiter at HireIT Consulting, Senior HR Specialist at GetTechTalent, and HR Trainee at the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights. With a Master's degree in Strategic HR Management from Fachhochschule des BFI Wien and a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Belgrade, Sonja possesses a strong foundation in recruitment strategies and human resources across various sectors, including IT and digital businesses.
