Matthew Holtz is a seasoned professional in corporate development and strategy, currently serving as Senior Director at Embarc Advisors since 2021. Previously, Matthew held roles in corporate development at Canoo, and as Senior Associate at Regent, L.P., a global private equity firm that focuses on business innovation and transformation. Earlier career experience includes positions as Senior Analyst at both Faraday Future and Quest Nutrition, along with financial analyst roles at Cummins Inc. and CHS Inc. Matthew began their career with internships at Cummins Inc. and North Star Resource Group. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, and also studied at Tsinghua University.
