Ana Jordan

Ana Jordan currently serves as the General Counsel for Insurance, Pensions & Investments at Lloyds Banking Group since April 2024 and has held the position of Group General Counsel and Company Secretary at Embark Group since July 2022. Prior to these roles, Ana Jordan was with Lloyds Banking Group from July 2015 to July 2022, where responsibilities included Head of General Insurance & Protection Legal and serving as an Executive Assistant to the General Counsel. Commencing with Lloyds Banking Group in 2010 as a Senior Solicitor, Ana Jordan managed teams focusing on commercial banking restructuring. Previous experience includes positions as a Senior Associate at Clifford Chance LLP, specializing in equity investment in real estate, and as a Senior Solicitor at Buddle Findlay, concentrating on general real estate and the energy sector. Ana Jordan earned a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce & Administration from Victoria University of Wellington between 1997 and 2002.
