Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Embark Malta since March 2019, Robert also manages a self-employed venture as Managing Director. Previous positions include Chief Accounting Officer at HSBC Bank Malta plc, where responsibilities encompassed financial and regulatory reporting, and Head of Finance at Banif Bank (Malta) plc. Additionally, Robert has held roles such as Chief Financial Officer at Volksbank Malta Limited and Financial Controller at Akbank TAS Malta. Early career experiences include auditing and consulting at Ernst & Young Malta and MSD & Co. Robert holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) from the University of Malta, completed in 1998.
