Mikael Högström

Mikael Högström is an experienced Animation Director with a robust background in the video game industry. At Embark Studios AB since January 2019, Mikael has honed leadership skills in animation. Previously, at DICE, significant contributions were made as Animation Director on notable titles such as Battlefield V, Battlefield 1, and Battlefield 4, along with lead animation roles in Battlefield 3 and senior animation in Battlefield Bad Company 2. Early career experiences include animator roles in Mirror's Edge and Battlefield Bad Company, as well as freelance projects for BOB FILM LIMITED and Monolith Studios. Mikael's education includes a degree in Animation from Blekinge Institute of Technology, completed in 2002.
