Zachary Lounsberry

Zachary Lounsberry has a wealth of work experience, starting with a Biological Science Laboratory Technician for the US Department of Agriculture in 2007. Zachary then worked as a Laboratory Technician and Undergraduate Honors Research at the University of Maryland from 2007 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Laboratory Technician and Graduate Research Assistant at Kansas State University. Zachary then moved to the University of California, Davis, where they worked as a Bioinformatics Programmer 3, Assistant Specialist, and Junior Molecular Genetics Specialist from 2012 to 2019. Finally, they have been employed at Embark Veterinary Inc. since 2019, where they have held the roles of Bioinformatics Research Scientist, Sr Research Operations Scientist, Product Analyst, and Product Success Manager.

Zachary Lounsberry attended Kansas State University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Biology. Prior to that, they attended the University of Maryland from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a BS in Biological and Physical Sciences.
