Andrea Hillyer, CPA, is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Assistant Controller at Embark since April 2024, Andrea previously held various managerial roles at Scout Energy Partners from June 2014 to April 2024, including Senior Accounting Manager, Accounting Manager, Property Accounting Manager, and Senior Accountant. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Accountant at EXCO Resources, Inc. and as a Property Accountant at Merit Energy Company. Andrea began the career at PwC as an Audit Associate. Educational qualifications include a Master in Professional Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, both earned at the Texas McCombs School of Business between 2003 and 2008.
