Previously, Dan served as Principal at Sightway Capital, part of Two Sigma, from February 2016 to June 2022, specializing in private equity within financial services. Prior roles include Senior Associate at The Carlyle Group, contributing to private credit and direct lending from September 2013 to February 2016, and Associate at American Capital from August 2012 to September 2013. Dan began a career in investment banking at Wells Fargo, working as an Analyst from June 2010 to August 2012, and interned as a Summer Equity Research Associate at UBS Investment Bank in June 2008. Dan holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Cornell University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from USC Marshall School of Business.
