Katrina Cotter is an experienced Interior Design Manager currently employed at Embark since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing all FF&E, design, and construction, as well as developing the firm’s adaptive reuse headquarters. Prior to this role, Katrina owned Cotter and Compound, a unique retail store in Frisco, TX, which focused on antiques and design concepts inspired by national parks. Experience also includes serving as an Interior Design Curator at Common Desk, where Katrina curated design elements for 14 coworking locations, and as an Interior Designer at Granger Remodel & Design, working on residential remodel projects. Additional roles include various positions at Faulkner Design Group, Pier 1 Imports, and Stonebriar Community Church. Katrina holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the University of North Texas and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Collin College.
