Daniel Stewart is an experienced animator currently working at Ember Lab on an unannounced project since May 2022. Previously, Daniel contributed as an animator to high-profile projects including "Thor: Love and Thunder," "Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness," and "I Am Groot" at Luma from October 2021 to May 2022. Daniel also worked as a shot creator at Day for Nite for a brief period in 2021 and served as a 3D animator at Ember Lab, where contributions included cinematics and gameplay animation for "Kena: Bridge of Spirits" from May 2020 to June 2021. Earlier in the career, Daniel was a 3D animator at Boiling Point Media from August 2019 to January 2020. Educational qualifications include a diploma in Advanced Character Animation from Animation Mentor and training at KYOSIL.

Founded in 2009 by brothers Josh and Mike Grier as an animation and digital content creator, Ember Lab’s vision is to create immersive and evocative stories with characters that resonate and worlds that inspire. Ember Lab originally specialized in character development for advertising. The studio’s commercial work includes ad campaigns and animated shorts developed from concept to completion for The Coca-Cola Company, Hisense, and Major League Baseball. In the studio, the lines between technical and artistic development tend to disappear as teams focus on delivering fantastic and innovative experiences. Ember Lab produced the award-winning short film, Dust, and the acclaimed Majora’s Mask fan film, Terrible Fate. The success of their commercial and independent projects led them to develop their passion project and first game, Kena: Bridge of Spirits.
