Lakshmi Aravind is a seasoned Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently at Embitel Technologies since January 2023, Lakshmi previously served at Vitesco Technologies from November 2019 to January 2023 and at Cyient as a Senior Manager and HR Business Partner for Bangalore from August 2018 to September 2019. Prior HR leadership experiences include serving as the HR Leader for the Engineering and Construction Vertical at Wipro Technologies from October 2010 to June 2018 and leading the HR function for the Microsoft Practice within Wipro. Early career roles include positions at Infosys BPO and iGATE Global Solutions. Lakshmi holds a Master’s degree from SCMHRD and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Shah and Anchor College of Engineering.
