Sirish Batchu has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sirish is currently the President of the Product Engineering Group at Embitel Technologies since July 2022. Previously, they held the role of Senior Vice President and Head of Product Engineering Services (Automotive & IoT) at the same company from November 2021 to July 2022.
Before joining Embitel Technologies, Sirish served as the Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors at Danlaw Technologies India Ltd from February 2020 to October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Digital Technology at Ather Energy from September 2018 to February 2020.
Their experience also includes a role as the Head of Advanced Technology at Mahindra Electric Mobility Limited from February 2018 to September 2018. Before that, they held multiple leadership positions at Mahindra Rise, including Head of Advanced Electronics & Digitalization from April 2017 to January 2018, Head of Infotronics Technology & Advanced Electronics from April 2014 to March 2017, and General Manager and Head of Infotronics Technology from July 2013 to March 2014.
Sirish's earlier experience includes working at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd as the General Manager and Head of Engineering for Car Multimedia in India from January 2012 to June 2013, and as the Department Head for Automotive Navigation and Infotainment Systems from January 2010 to December 2011. At Robert Bosch Corp in Farmington Hills, Michigan, they served as the SEPG Leader from May 2005 to February 2007.
Sirish also worked at Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Ltd in various positions in software development from September 1996 to December 2003. Sirish started their career as a Scientist at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) from July 1993 to September 1996, and prior to that, they worked as a Member of Faculty at Bluechip Infotech from October 1992 to June 1993.
Sirish Batchu completed an Executive General Management Programme (EGMP) from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore in 2012. From 1988 to 1992, they pursued a B.E. in Computer Engineering from S.G.S.I.T.S. Indore, MP. It is not known when or if they obtained any degrees from Madhya Pradesh Bhoj (Open) University.
