Carlos Castro currently serves as the Head of Customer Success and previously held positions as Business Developer Regional Senior and Business Developer Regional at emBlue since October 2019. Before this, Carlos worked at Cavas Reunidas as Jefe E-commerce and at Atrápalo Perú as Key Account Espectaculos, focusing on client management and online ticket sales. Carlos's experience also includes roles at Banco Santander and Banco de Crédito BCP, where responsibilities ranged from vehicle credit sales to managing exclusive client portfolios. Carlos began a career in banking at Interbank after obtaining a degree in Communication from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.
