Laura Dunn

Laura Dunn, APR, is a Senior Manager of Strategic Communications at Embrace Pet Insurance since March 2022. Previously, Laura served at Medical Mutual for over seven years, where accomplishments included directing organic social media efforts that amplified posts by 167% and increased impressions by 22%, as well as driving a 177% growth in employee financial support for customers. Earlier career experiences include roles as Public Relations and Media Lead at HealthSpan, where media exposure more than doubled, and managing over 50 business-to-business events annually. Laura started her career at Kaiser Permanente, coordinating health screenings and spearheading proposals that generated approximately $76 million in premium revenue. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication from Bowling Green State University and has completed leadership programs through Cleveland Bridge Builders and the Greater Cleveland Partnership.
