Rodrigo Martins serves as the Quality Manager at Nidec Global Appliance since November 2018, overseeing the management of the Quality System, which encompasses Quality Planning, Quality Control, Supplier Quality Assurance, and Customer Complaint Handling across 14 manufacturing sites globally. With extensive experience in Advanced Quality Planning, Rodrigo has supported over 3,400 engineering projects, investigated potential liability cases, and maintained key customer relations. Prior to this role, Rodrigo held various positions at Embraco, where contributions included leading the Advanced Quality Planning program and managing customer complaint processes. Rodrigo's career began at Schulz S.A., with responsibilities in sales, technical support, and product development, complemented by a solid educational background featuring a Master’s degree in Quality Management and a degree in Electrical Engineering.
