Arthur Pozzi

Arthur Pozzi currently serves as Supervisor de produção at Embraer, overseeing the final assembly of the KC390 aircraft since April 2022. Previously, Arthur held the position of Engenheiro de qualidade at Embraer, focusing on quality control during the final assembly of the KC390 cargo plane and leading continuous improvement projects while also acting as vice-coordinator of the Safety Management System. Arthur began as an Estagiário at Embraer, contributing to production reporting and presentations for various aircraft programs. Prior to Embraer, Arthur was a Pesquisador - Bolsista de Iniciação científica at Funadesp, researching industrial waste treatment with a focus on the use of biodiesel production byproducts for energy generation. Arthur is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering at UNIARA, expected to graduate in 2024, after completing secondary education at Colegio Progresso de Araraquara from 2015 to 2017.
