Flavio Silva

Flavio Silva is an accomplished professional at Embraer, serving as an Innovation and Simplification Ambassador since August 2013, where selection was from a pool of 250 employees to enhance innovative practices and streamline processes. Flavio has contributed significantly as a Product Development Designer for both the EVE and E2 programs, leading initiatives that improve product efficiency and quality through detailed engineering orders, 3D design, and process improvement efforts. Additionally, Flavio was a co-founder at Instituto Regeneração Global, focusing on sustainable solutions for humanity. Prior experience includes operating CNC machines at Precitech for the pharmaceutical industry. Flavio's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from FIA Business School and various degrees in business administration and engineering from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo.
