Yancey Hayes is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Construction Operations at Embrey since September 2022, Yancey previously held positions including Senior Project Manager and Chief Estimator at Satterfield & Pontikes Construction. With a foundational career at Embrey and other organizations, Yancey has developed expertise in estimating and managing multi-family projects, having worked as a Senior Estimator and Lead Estimator. Notable experience also includes significant roles at Turner Construction Company and Manhattan Construction Company, where Yancy managed diverse responsibilities from project engineering to senior project management. Yancey holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Science from Texas A&M University, earned between 1996 and 2000.
