George Bader's work experience starts in 2011 when they worked as a Sales Assistant at Custom Offshore Yachts for a brief period. In 2014, they became an Assistant Account Manager at Grey Matter Direct until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Posterscope, first as an Assistant Planner and then as an Associate. In 2020, George joined G. Winter's Sailing Center as a Sail Technician and stayed until early 2022. Currently, they are employed at EMC Outdoor as a Media Coordinator. George also has teaching experience as an Instructor at Riverton Yacht Club, where they worked from 2009 to 2014.
George Bader attended Wake Forest University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science.
