Josh King has a diverse work experience in various roles within different companies. Josh began their career as an Events Assistant at emc3 in June 2014 and later worked as a Sales and Marketing Activator and a Sales and Marketing Executive. Josh then progressed to the positions of Sales and Marketing Manager and Head of Business Development, where they focused on bringing brands' stories to life through creativity and organization. In 2017, they became the Sales & Marketing Director at emc3, working on game-changing experiences and sustainable event planning. In 2020, they co-founded Dependable Forces, where they served as the Co-Founder & Director, ensuring health, safety, and compliance in the events industry. Additionally, they co-founded Venue Mappers in 2020, where they also served as a Director. Before embarking on these roles, Josh worked as a Market Researcher at Marketing Sciences Unlimited, where they contributed to the improvement of customer experience and market development for large businesses. Currently, they hold the position of VP of Growth at emc3, overseeing the creation of events that elevate the attendee experience and transform businesses' connections with their customers.
