Bernie Crerand

Bernie Crerand is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in pricing, contracts, and strategic account management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Pricing, Contracts, and Insights at EMD Serono, Inc. since April 2019, Bernie leads initiatives in contract management and pricing strategies while overseeing data analytics and business planning exercises. Previous roles include leadership positions at Bayer Pharmaceuticals and AMAG Pharmaceuticals, where Bernie managed regional account teams and developed strategies for access and reimbursement of pharmaceutical products. Bernie began a career in sales management at Johnson & Johnson and has a foundational background in telecommunications from MCI Telecommunications. Educational credentials include a BA in Journalism/Advertising from The Ohio State University, an MBA in Marketing from American InterContinental University, and an MPA in Economic Development from Cleveland State University.
